- One audited page in one scan is one page. Re-running a scan in the same month counts again; a page that fails every retry does not count. Quota resets on the first of the month.
- Scheduled scans pause and you get a notification at 80% and at 100%. Findings, reports and packs stay fully available. Add a 5,000-page block or move up a plan and scans resume immediately.
- Dutch VAT for Dutch customers; reverse charge for VAT-registered customers elsewhere in the EU once VIES validates the number. Consumers are billed at their country rate through OSS.
- Yes, on request for procurement-driven customers: Net 30 terms, PO number printed on the invoice, Peppol e-invoicing available for public bodies.
- Scanning stops at the end of the paid period, never mid-run. Sealed evidence packs and reports stay downloadable for 24 months, and a full export can be requested at any time.
- Not on its own. Automated testing covers a subset of accessibility barriers; manual verification is required for a complete assessment. You get 0 automated violations as evidence, EN 301 549-mapped findings and manual checklists to close the rest — and you keep control of your own declaration.
- WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria, mapped to EN 301 549 — the European standard the Accessibility Act builds on. Every finding cites the exact criterion and clause, so your team and your auditor read the same reference.
