Four things a scanner alone will not give you
- Findings are fingerprinted from rule, selector and path, so a fix that returns after a deploy is named a regression instead of counted as new work.
- One sealed archive per scan: reports, raw scanner output, screenshots and the signed checklist, each hashed on write and listed in a manifest.
